Which areas of Rwanda does Solektra Telecom cover?

How much does home internet cost?
Unlimited 4G Home Broadband costs 20,000 RWF per month for up to 20 Mbps, or 35,000 RWF per month for up to 50 Mbps. The router is included.
How fast is installation?
Installation is done on the same day you request it, anywhere in Rwanda.
Is there an installation fee?
Yes, a one-time installation fee of 10,000 RWF applies. There are no other hidden charges.
How do I pay or recharge?
You pay for packages and recharge your account with MTN Mobile Money (MoMo).
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no minimum contract period, and you can cancel anytime.
What is the cheapest 4G data bundle?
Daily bundles start at 100 RWF for 60 MB. For monthly use, the special offer gives 30 GB for 8,900 RWF with speeds up to 100 Mbps.
How much does fiber internet cost?
Dedicated fiber is priced per customer, based on the bandwidth you need, your location and the service level agreement (SLA). Speeds go up to 1 Gbps with a 99.9% uptime SLA. Call 1150 or WhatsApp us for a quote.
Can I buy a smartphone on installment?
Yes. Solektra sells Samsung, Tecno, Infinix and itel smartphones that you can pay over up to 24 months. The deposit depends on the phone you choose.
What is VoLTE and how much does it cost?
VoLTE (Voice over LTE) lets you make HD voice calls over the Solektra 4G network, with clearer sound than regular calls. You need a VoLTE-compatible phone. Call packages start at 500 RWF per day, and 30 GB with 1,000 minutes costs 9,900 RWF per month.
Do you have internet plans for businesses and schools?
Yes. Office Broadband gives SMEs up to 50 Mbps for 49,000 RWF per month, One Network plans offer guaranteed bandwidth, and Education plans are designed for schools. Dedicated fiber is available for larger organisations.
